Requirements of classifieds?

Classifieds anywhere should follow a basic format; people that don't post a price normally do so for two reasons:

1) They forgot
2) They've overpriced the item ...

Not posting a pic? A lot of people don't have the means. You don't get a pic in the newspaper classifieds.

Location (at least general location) should be there, but many people nowadays are worried about theft. Location & name makes it too easy to find the house.

Payment methods would be nice ...

Just ask upfront.

There are times when we cannot put up a picture on this site or any other; it vares with available equipment and some other factors. I, for one, would not be happy with a picture requirement, although, I certainly agree it is a real help when I am looking at an item for sale. The other things you would like to be required seem very reasonable.
