Any suggestions for a good technician in the Los Angeles, hopefully South Bay area, Long Beach to Santa Monica? I would like to get my Leblanc adjusted and feel more comfortable with some one I can talk to.
Thanks!

Manny at the Horn Connection in Hollywood will do some repairs while you wait, or at least within a few hours. His work recently on my nephew's clarinet (Buffet International) was fine.

Ditto for Tom Yaeh at RDG : (323) 463-7020
He's definately the best in LA for clarinets; all the top players go to him. If you're in a rush, though, you may want to try someone else. You usually have to book an apointment 2-4 weeks in advance, depending on how busy he is.

Go with RDG if you can (I'm not familiar with Horn Connection, they could be good as well). For significant adjustments, I'm usually advised to take it to RDG or ship it elsewhere.
For minor repairs, I've also visited Sawday & Holmes (LB), Nick Spirito (LB), and Dongnian Sun (Artesia).
Further south, I've heard decent things about Horn Improvement.

Thanks a lot!
It would not entail any repadding, just some fine tunning, pad height/ key ajustments on a leblanc LL.
