I don't remember many specific Eb solos, but there's plenty of doubling with flute and piccolo up in the altissimo register.
I never played Reed 2 which was Eb, Bb and bass clarinets - instead I did Reed 3 - piccolo, flute, oboe, cor anglais, Eb, Bb & bass clarinets, soprano, tenor and baritone saxes. So it was a walk in the park for me. And Reed 5 was bassoon.

I used an Eb clarinet instead of Bb where it was in unison with Reed 2, who was also on Eb at the same point - otherwise it was up in the stratosphere on Bb and I didn't want to risk that after just coming back to doing band work having previously taken 2 years off playing (this was in late 2001) - and I had a month to get back where I left off.
And I used a soprano sax to get around some of the awkward 'jazz' phrases that would have been across the break on clarinet - so I was being resourceful.
Some people call it cheating, I call it resourceful - if there's an easy way round things, take it - as long as the results are worthwhile.
It was a good band, and the show went well from the music side - the stage performance didn't do too well due to electrical trouble which was sorted out by the third night.
