trying out for all states??

Author: moeboy  Date:   2006-01-23 00:08 this for all the other high schoolers out there that "try out" for states. (not really a good topic, but it is confusing me). in pennsylvania, we can't just try out for states, least, not within the menc. we have to go through districts, regionals, and then onto states (sadly, i have yet to make any of those). my guestion is if these tryouts are for the Music educators Associations, or if it is just an idividual thing (hope that makes sense). slightly confused clarinetist
