 Zimberoff SuperSonic "House of Note" mouthpiece

Anyone played on a Zimberoff SuperSonic "House of Note" mouthpiece,
or have any info on them? It's a real nice hard rubber mouthpiece and
I've had it for awhile. It has the number 4 to the right of the table
and a serial number, C930, to the left.

I've found some info on an alto sax version of it by Googling but nothing about the clarinet model.

Thanks in advance for any info you can pass on.
