Are you really dissatisfied, or are you just curious? I'm sure you'd find that most fine players performing on Buffet RCs would be using stock RC barrels, regardless of mouthpiece make/model. If you must experiment, start with trying a number of RC/RC Prestige barrels - they can vary a lot.
Bear in mind that some of the custom barrels mentioned regularly on this board are variations on a Moennig design which, in part, was intended to address some of the tuning issues peculiar to the Buffet R13.
Good luck.

There are some custom barrel makers who frequent this board, Walter Grabner and Allan Segal, besides many other barrel makers. If you tell them the model, serial number and the type of mouthpiece that you play on, and what issue(s) you hope that the barrel will address, they will have some ideas. Their websites can be found under the Mouthpieces and Barrels link in the right column.

Hello,
I can highly recommend Dr. Segal's barrels. I use mine everyday in a professional setting and I'm thoroughly pleased with sound and intonation.

Thanks Ben.
I agree with kenb
I notice that you are using an RC. What is the tuning?
Try someone else's RC. See if there is a difference.
Have them try yours.
Then switch barrels.
This simple test can be very revealing as Dave et al can attest.
