I was just on Amazon.com listening to some CD samples. I came across a guy named Ken Peplowski. He really sounds like he's been using the same reed for six months.

I bought a Ken Peplowski Quintet CD after hearing him on NPR a few years ago. I can't recall the CD title at the moment (it has a light bulb on the cover), but I like it.

I don't mean to imply that he is not a good player, he's very good. I just think he sounds like he could use a new reed.

I haven't listened to the CD recently. I'll have to do so to see what you mean or if I agree or not.
