The series in eight volumes published by International Music Company is very comprehensive. It includes most of the standard Symphonic repertoire. It's compiled by Robert McGinnis, the legendary Principal of the Philadelphia, Cleveland, NBC and N.Y. Philharmonic orchestras and Stanley Drucker (needs no presentation).

The Bonade orchestral excerpts book is quite good, although you should keep in mind that many markings are editorial, and it often skips bars of rest etc. Another, less common one I've found is called Orchester Probespiel: Test PIeces for Orchestral Auditions. It seems to contain most of the major ones that aren't in the Bonade, and from what my teacher tells me, it mostly has the sections panels are most likely to ask. Hope this helps!

As far as the Bonade excerpts goes, I purchased mine at Muncy Winds in Boone(?), North Carolina. They have a catalog but I do not have their number here with me at school. Eble Music might have it. There number can be found here on Sneezy I believe.

You also may want to look into getting Peter Hadcock's "The Working Clarinetist" which includes the most often asked excerpts and also some random ones you may not be able to normally find. He also gives suggestions on how to play passages and trick fingers, etc. It's $40, but well worth the price. You can order it from Eble and Luyben and others.

All of the listed excerpt books are fine but it is most advantagous to have the full part. You are more likely to have the correct rests, notes, etc. You can order each part from Kalmus on the web or maybe your local orchestras' librarian will let you photocopy the parts. If you use one of the excerpt books remember to check each excerpt with the score so that you can make any needed corrections.
