I am having trouble playing high F-G in the lower altissimo range. I've tried numerous things such as using more air and tightening the embrochure(?), but when I do so I get a pinched tone or the pitch is still flat. I also have problems with my teeth creating a kind of cut in my lower lip because of this. Is there some way I can raise the pitch a little more without having to bite down as much? I'm trying not to, but it seems to be the only way to get the note somewhere close to being in tune.

Try altissimo F like this: oxx C#/G#|oo/o Ab/Eb - that's using the RH cross B/F# 'sliver' key, or add the throat G# key as well.
Altissimo F# can be played as upper register Bb (xxo| Side Eb/Bbooo) but lipped up, or use xxo|xxx Ab/Eb, and maybe try opening the throat A key if possible by nudging it while finger 1 is still down.
And a sharper altissimo G fingering is xoo|xoo Ab/Eb (though I do prefer to use oxo|xxo Ab/Eb).
All with thumb closed and speaker key open.
Also, experiment by opening side keys as well to see which ones work best with each note, but generally a faster airstream is needed, but don't bite to get these - they will come in time with a relatively relaxed but stable/firm embouchure.

Have you tried taking in various amounts of mouthpiece?
I find that there's a sensative spot on some mouthpieces where if I just set up with my lower lip a little farther down the reed to begin with (taking in more mouthpiece to start), it makes those upper registers pop out a little easier. But TOO much mouthpiece in and I risk overblowing a note when I don't want to.

It could also be due to mouthpiece and/or too soft of a reed combination. Some mouthpieces are more difficult to get altissimo notes out than others.
Good luck,
Mike
