Do any of you have an idea for a source for a new case cover for an older Buffet "Professional" model bass clarinet (that's the model designation on the instrument itself)?
The case is a shorter rectangle than most B.C. cases -- roughly 23 1/2 X 12 1/2 X 6 1/2 inches.
I saw one online -- very expensive -- several months ago, but can't find it now.
The Buffet case that houses this instrument is like new, because it had a case cover on it. But the cover is very old, very grotey, torn avocado green naugahyde which seriously needs to be retired.

You could always contact Altieri in Denver- they make custom-sized case covers and they're nicely insulated against cold and warm weather. Check it out on altieribags.com!
