This is a clarion high C but NOT a throat F (on Oehler). However, if you execute a fingering and it works, use it !!!

Throat F (F4) is fingered Th xoo Side F | ooo - otherwise just oxo|ooo will be too sharp or stuffy as an F, but better as a high C than using the side key.
On some German system clarinets you can use Th x`oo|ooo if they have the cross F key fitted, but I don't think the 457-18 has that key (between LH fingers 1 and 2 - using finger 2).
