Hi all
One of my favorite CD's has to be Richard Stoltzman's New York Counterpoint.
Does anyone know where (and if) I can get the sheet music to some (or all) of the tracks on it? excluding New York Counterpoint itself (have already driven myself nuts trying to play that!)
I have a really great band and would love to play them just for fun, having listened to them so much.

New York Counterpoint is a work by Steve Reich. It's available from Boosey & Hawkes.

Hi again - sorry, I dont think I made myself clear enough...
Its the other Tracks on the CD I'm after (NOT NY Counterpoint)
Pieces like 'Feast', 'The Circular World', and serenity etc...

Try typing the title along with the composer's name into the Google Search. That's the simplest way to find sheet music.
As to the afore-mentioned "New York Counterpoint": our clarinet choir is buying the music and will attempt to play this in concert, including a professional to play the solo part and some additional clarinetists to complete the 11 parts. Has anyone here played this in a full choir version? If so, what should we be prepared for?
"Feast" sounds like a fun one to play!

Some of these are available in the Richard Stoltzman Songbook published by Carl Fischer. Feast is in that book along with some other things by Bill Douglas (the composer of Feast and others)
Anything not available in that book, you can try contacting Bill Douglas himself, who lives in Colorado and can be found on the internet with a google search.

I like NY-Counterpoint too!!
I heard the broadcast live performance of this piece by Stoltzman and other clarinet players (no tape). It was totally mesmerizing!!
This experiece led me to pick up clarinet as my first instrument.
I liked the recording by Alain Damiens.
"American Clarinet" from Virgin record.
