I am thinking about attending the North Carolina School of the Arts high school division. Do any of you have any opinions on this particular school/clarinet studio? Would this be a good school to go to if I have future plans to go to Juilliard or a comparable conservatory?

Rashad,
I think being in a place with an intense focus on music is the best atmosphere for dedicated work, and major improvement, especially during high school. Other students pursuing a similar path as yourself will hopefully inspire you, and challenge you through healthy (hopefully) competition. Having a quality teacher is of MOST Importance.
Best -
