As I recall a great deal of the important parts are for basset horns, but I don't remember if there is C clarinet or not.

if using non-basset horns, the parts are transposed for Bb clarinet, although the Sanctus could very well be played on the A clarinet, given its key - but the Sanctus (given its key and other reasons) was most likely not written by Mozart
(I must caution, that an esteemed clarinetist believes that I am probably at best 10% correct)

The edition that I played two years ago had the second movement in C. However, where the movements are cut depends on the edition. I found it easier to transpose the part, even though I had access to a C, because this movement was attaca.

I have it right now (performing parts of it with my college orchestra/choir). You can get away very easily with a Bb. Most parts in the edition I have require Bb, with the exceptions of Dies Irae (which calls for a clarinet in C, but is very easy to sight transpose with a Bb - so easy in fact, that I can do it!), and Sanctus (which calls for clarinet in A, but also is easily transposable to Bb). Transposing, if not on sight perfectly the first time, can be easily figured out (IMHO) if you have the parts for a day or so.

I played this just last year. Barenreiter provides clarinet parts all in Bb. Kalmus parts have mostly Bb, some A, and one movement in C.
