Just been asked to play this musical.
Can't find orchestration easily...can anyone help please ?
My book is to be flute/clar/sop/alto/tenor....can this be true ?
How much flute ? how many reeds normally ? Good show ?

Thanks,

BobT

There is only one reed book.

The instrumentation is:

Drums

Electric Bass

Guitar

Keyboard

Percussion

Reed - Alto Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Soprano Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone

Trombone

Trumpet

If I remember correctly, the majority of playing is on alto saxophone...GBK

a school that i teach at has the reed book written out so that the flute parts are separate, clarinet + sop sax are together, and i think Alto and Tenor sax are also separate.... useful for high school groups.
