Mendelson wrote two Concertpieces for Clarinet, Basset Horn and Piano. I don't recall seeing them in any lists of the standard repertiore. They are excellant and not too difficult. International Musical Company has published a version for clarinet, bassoon, and piano. I played the Concertpiece #2 recently at a small gathering with piano and cello (reading the bassoon part), and it was well received. ...though the cello player though I "drowned him out." :)

Concertpiece number 2 has also been arranged for 2 regular Bb clarinets and band. We played this one summer in municipal band.

I've play that in high school also for music contest. Two clarinets. The middle movement of the #2 is really warm to the heart for me. Great music.
