Dear clarinet friends:

Michael Brecker, the great sax virtuoso and friend, is suffering from bone Cancer. He needs a bone marrow transplant to stay alive. Help by being tested.

Free $$, All Day Concerts Event, on Sunday, September 25, 2005, from 11AM-9 PM, at 72nd Street and Riverside Park, on West Side in Manhattan. It's where people will be able to GET TESTED FOR FREE!!!

My mother-in-law lives right there. ( Riverside and 80th)

And since we owe her a visit, I'll plan it for then :)

This is perfect. I'm rehearsing in NY that weekend. Will make a point to stop and get the test done. Plus I owe Kal Opperman a visit as well! Thanks again for the info.
