what exactly is this so called double-lip embouchure?

I think it's where you tuck your upper lip in as well as your bottom lip. Tried it a few times, kinda hurts but helps with your control of biting.

Yes, jangjiman is right. You slightly 'tuck in' your upper lip as well as your lower lip, like normal. Using this technique therapeutically will cause you to stop all biting and all finger-slamming because when using double lip, both of these things become literally painful.
