Hey fellow clarinetists, I'm currently searching for chamber music especially for a string quartet, one clarinet and one piano. Do you have any suggestions besides Mozart and Weber? I need suggestions for next spring's commencement contest.

I like the Brahms Clarinet Quintet, especially the 2nd movement. Another favourite is the Fantasy-Piece by Schumann.

For that combination, the Copland Sextet. There's a great recording of Harold Wright playing it with the Juilliard Quartet, and a later one of him with the BSO chamber players. With that instrumentation you are limited, but if you broke up the group, you'd have the opportunity to play most anything in the repertoire for clarinet with strings, or clarinet with string(s) and piano.
