Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of the Busoni Clarinet Sonata K138 in D Major?
This work was recorded by Dieter Klocker on a CPO disc. If no info is available on this piece, does someone have Klocker's contact info? Please feel free to email me privately.

Correct, I am looking for the sheet music.
And btw, I'm no idiot. It would stand to reason that since I mentioned the CPO recording in my original post that I either a) had it already or b) could obtain it quite easily.
I love this bulletin board for many reasons, but as with most things, I despise it when others assume that any person posting here is stupid.
Sheet music anyone for the Busoni?

My apologies. I looked at the posting quickly, misread it, and wanted to help because I was interested to find out about this work myself. The only Busoni I knew of for clarinet were Elegie and the Concertino. My comment was in a spirit of fun. Please don't be offended. Cheers.

hey Michael, i know EXACTLY what you are talking about.... but "despise" is a bit strong, eh? It doesn't help that sometimes we're writing late at night and may be tired- i know that over the years i've written a few postings that haven't stood up to scrutiny the next morning.....
good luck with the music- i'd love to hear this sonata

Thanks for the apology William. Sometimes with typing one cannot infer inflections and jestering. Perhaps I over-reacted a bit, so apologies to you as well.
So I'm taking it that noone knows about this sheet music?
