Clark Fobes has an excellent article on his site about a type of double tongue technique. You might find it helpful:

My advice as a somewhat successful double-tonguer would be to be as light as a feather with both the tip strokes as well as the back-of-the-tongue strokes, the latter of the which being the hardest to do lightly. Think of saying 'tee-kee' or 'dee-gee' so that your tongue remains in a high position for a fast, focused airstream.

The only other thing I would say is don't give up after the first few days of trying this, especially when you fail to double tongue higher notes. It may take a week to get over the break with this technique. After you DO get over the break with it, then you will probably get stuck at G or A on top of the staff for a while. Most people are stuck here for a WHILE. But keep practicing and one day, A, B, C, or maybe even up to C# or D will just pop out easily. Past that, I haven't been so determined.

Good luck!
