Can someone please clear up for how many concerti there are by Krommer, for both one and two clarinets?
So far I have...
Op. 36 for 1 and Op. 35, Op. 91 for 2...all three in E flat.
Is that it?
Which of the two for 2 is the better known?
My head hurts...

Well, there's actually two for one clarinet and two for two clarinets. I forgot the last Op. #, but there is a database on this site that should have that info if you need it. I have never heard one of each instrumentation, though. My teacher gave my friend and I music for one double to compete with and when I did searching for recordings (I actually happened to have the Boeykens "family" recordings already) I couldn't find copies of the other two being recorded, just Op. 35 and Op. 36. I believe that they're the more popular ones because of that.

Thanks Bradley...
For recordings, there's a Kalman Berkes disc on Naxos which includes all three on my original post. Having had this for years, I assumed that seeing as it's entitled 'Krommer Concertos' it would be all of them...as the Stamitz set on the same label is clearly titled Volume 1 etc.
I now learn this is not so...

Hmmm, looks like the other is Op. 86, in e minor and for clarinet in A.
Interesting.

Concerto for 2 Bb clarinets orchestra in Eb major, Op.35
Concerto for 2 Bb clarinets and orchestra in Eb major, Op. 91
Concerto for Bb clarinet and orchesta in Eb major, Op. 36
Concerto for A clarinet and orchestra in E minor, Op. 86
Dieter Klöcker has also recorded a Concerto ("Concertino Italienne") for 2 clarinets and orchestra by Krommer (no opus number given). He states that it was written in 1809 for Ivan Muller.
As far as I can see, no one other than Klöcker has recorded this work...GBK

You know.....Dieter Klöcker recorded a Haydn Concerto for Clarinet and two Concerti for Two Clarinets on a CD I have(with the bell and partial lower joint of a Leblanc upside on the cover- thought it was interesting they'd use a Boehm instrument) where he states that he's found them to be the work of Joesph Haydn, but forgotten for some time. He seems to record things no-one else knows about.

You've noticed
Klocker claims to have found new manuscripts but he never allows any peer review. That's why they're labelled "spurious" - the attribution to Haydn is "iffy".
I think they were found along with the long lost Mozart Tenor Sax Concerto in Bb ...GBK
