 Schuman 3rd Symphony Bass Clarinet Solo

How do you suggest playing up to the high F in the bass clarinet solo? Regular fingerings or overblown throat Bb fingering, etc. I can get both to sound fine...just wondering what most people do.

it's a really fun solo. I play it with the overblown Bb.

Ha, first I thought to myself how I never noticed Schumann wrote bass clarinet part in his third, then I realized it's "Schuman".
