David, here are further details:

It's published by the label K617. A French recording.

Premier recording on original instruments. Bb for the first 2 quartets and C for the K496.

Jean Claude Veilhan is the clarinetist, with the string players Trio Stadler.

According to the liner notes, these quartets were published as opus 79, and are alternate instrumentations of Mozart's:

Violin Sonata K378/317b

Violin Sonata K380/374f

Piano Trio K496
