Hi i just need help recently my left and right 4th fingers get stif and feel lazy i can't play thrill and fast chromatic because of this fingers .Any advice or tips how to practise this actually i try to search a lot and ask some clarinet players about this problem maybe i need to hear more idea for fast recovery thank you.

Chito -

The little finger and the outside half of the 4th finger are controlled by a separate nerve, which has probably become pinched. It's unusual that you should have problems with both hands.

You should see a neurologist, or at least a physical therapist specializing in musicians, as soon as possible to find out what's causing the problem. It won't get better with more practice -- just the opposite.
