Eric Hoeprich's Book on Clarinet

Hello all, does anyone know if this book has been published? I believe it's part of a serie on musical instrument from Cambridge or Oxford University Press.

I came to know this while reading the serie's book on oboe. It was noted on the book's jacket as "in progress"

Would appreciate any info on this.

Its listed as "Not available" on Amazon - perhaps its still not out yet.

Has anyone managed to obtain this book? AmazonUK recommends ordering it used, and quotes its publication date as September 10, 2006. Yes, 2006???????

I got an email from Eric Hoeprich about 2 weeks ago, as of then, the book was still unpublished. Apparently he was just as frustrated as many of us about the delay.
