Today, a girl I give lessons to walked in with a new case. It was originally an old Buffet case (burgandy) but had been spray painted with purple glitter paint. They had then put her name on it, some music notes, and a feather boa around the edges. I know it's not "professional," but it's fun and she's only in 6th grade. What other "jazzy" cases have y'all seen around?

My case in elementary school was an old Bundy case and so I bought all of these cool colored (tye diedish) butterfly stickers and totally decked up my case. It was fun and I could find mine easily. Granted, I could already find mine easily because everyone else had Vito's with the Leblanc cases that carries sheet music in it, while I was the one with my dad's Bundy and it's old case.
Amanda-I have never seen a jazzy case like that though. Maybe she should go into design instead of clarinet when she grows up? OR BOTH.... man imagine what can of worms that would open up. Can you imagine the new line of Vito Dazzlers this girl would come up with? lol....

I always wanted to have something like "Duke Ellington Band" or "Count Basie Band" stenciled on my tenor case....of course, once I started to play, everyone would know it was a sham, but what the heck !
