Has anyone tried the Charles Bay H1, H2, H3, or Eb clarinet mouthpieces? Do they project as well as they say they do? Also, do they have a website?

i have tried a bay mouthpiece but i dont remember which facing or model it was. if i remember right it was supposed to be a copy of a ched. i really didnt like it and it seemed too chunky to fit in my mouth right...probably because i am used to a morgan mouthpiece. my impressions were that it was stuffy, but it could have just been a mismatched reed or something. it probably required a softer reed than i had at the time now that i think about it. anyway, i didnt like it.
i have searched the web for their website because until i tried one i was interested in them and all i could find was :

that website has good descriptions.
as far as their claim for good projection, i would say that almost every clarinet mouthpiece maker will say that their mouthpiece projects with ease, has a rich dark sound, and will sing above the orchestra with a beautiful ringing tone. unless there is something radically different about these mouthpieces i kind of doubt that they have the ability to project more than any other high quality mouthpiece out there. projection probably has more to do with skill than mouhtpiece brand anyway.

I purchased an H1 with a med. open tip and long facing after trying several others, this particular mouthpiece even sounded good when my 13 year old daughter played on it! You just have to sample many mouthpieces to find one thats right for you. Good luck!

H1 is best for projection, H2 apparently warmer, I like Modele de Triomphe, which is Chedeville-like. In similar vein, Grabner's Kasper series is probably better - more colour, just as secure.
BUT
You can't debate this kind of preference: you have to try before you buy.
