Wolff Concerto

I have a question about obtaining this piece. I see where it is available from the Philadelphia Library, but evey link I come across to the library comes back "page not available". Any suggestions? Thanks.

It's my understanding, (though I hope I am wrong about this and someone who knows for certain will correct me) that the Free Library of Philadelphia, which used to provide scores and parts to orchestras around the country, now limits its loans to Pennsylvania.

Unfortunately, I can't offer any info on the Wolff Concerto..... but wanted to ask - did you convert or are you detailed for recruiting?

I volunteered, and believe me, I will not convert. Looking forward to going back to the band in a couple of years.
