 gonzalez reeds and b45 mouthpice

I've read many posts here on the bboard extolling the virtues of gonzalez reeds. Having discovered a ready source of them here in the UK I thought I'd give them a try. I'm unsure on whether to order the regular cut or the FOF, I use a B45 mouthpeice, any suggestions?
