 concertino for clarinet and band

Can any one give me any info regarding this piece, the composer is Frank Bencriscutto. I writing because i'd like to know if it's been performed in the UK,if not then i'm trying to get a British premier and performances of it. Came across the work a few years ago now and liked it then, the idea of performing it was shelved and now there could be some interest again.
Does anybody know the composer or know how I might be able to get in touch with him. I believe he retired from the University of Minnesota.
Any help would most welcome.

He died in 1997.
