I have been using the BRANCHER LEGGERIO Bb CLARINET LIGATURE MODEL BC3200 (not because of any particular preference but my regular ligature broke and I needed a new one, so I tried this one) BUT I am finding it to be a pain in the neck (literally). It just wont stay down on my mouthpiece! I realize it is supposed to ride a bit differently, (inverted) but it 'slides' up while playing or shifts around totally and the reed will POP off! *You dont have to put any pressure on it at all with your mouth and eventually, this ligature will pop up on its own, whether its tightened down or loosened...it just doesnt seem to fit right (almost like my mouthpiece is too SLICK). Is anyone else using this ligature? Are you having problems with it?

Actually there was a whole symposium on it.....and computing the tensile strength of scrith....which leads to the next point: What new materials will find their way into ligatures? Liga-Con anyone?
BTW...I had the same problem as the original poster. The BL is pretty, but difficult to control.
