 Technical Trainning

I've been studying music under an instructor who teaches many instruments. He is an excellent music teacher and without him I wouldn't have gotten as far as I have. We connect well and his instruction is interesting, informative and motivating. BUT.....he teaches music, which I sorely need, but since he teaches many instruments and I have no reference point I think I may be in need of a few technical lessons. Things like:how far do I have to move my fingers from the holes, is my hand position the most efficent, is there a better posture, etc. I find I cannot finger and change embrochure quite quick enough on some passages. My elbow aches at the end of a long practice. And last night the SWAT Team broke in and told me through their megaphone to "back away from the instrument and no one gets hurt." Would it be worth a few lessons with someone who specializes in the clarinet?

Yes. Actually, more than a few lessons. You need to study regularly with a clarinetist and not with somebody who looked at the instrument for 4 weeks as part of a music ed degree if you want to address everything you mentioned.
