I found an old clarinet in my mother's attic - It's a selmer, and I know that it's old..but I'd like to know exactly when it was made..How can I find out? I know I can use the serial number..but how?

There's a list of Selmer serial numbers in the Equipment section of Sneezy. Just find out where yours lies and you'll get the year of manufacture.
