 paganini moto perpetuo

Hi guys - do any of you know of a paganini moto perpetuo arrangement for two clarinets? preferably with orchestra too - ive heard it before but don't know where i can find it - any clues would be gratefully received!

I assume the second would just play the "oom-pah". Must be at least a band arrangement as I recall we played it with a cl soloist in high school.

thanks - any ideas where i might find it? can only find it so far for solo clarinet and piano or violin and orchestra.
