I played this about four years ago and the parts were in Bb and A.

Rob the parts are in C, Bb and A in fact the A is only required in the first Movt. It is also best to transpose the last 6 bars cause the next is Bb and the conductors usually segue. I did two months ago for the upteenth time.

The change point in the first movement is likely to be further back than the last six bars, when you have a window of three bars rest. I played it last night.

.....a great band piece as far as I'm concerned. We played it last year.
