I will have the use of a low-C bass clarinet for a concert and will have little prep time. Can somebody point me to a fingering chart which includes the low notes (C3-Eb3) on a bass clarinet?

I forgot the link but it's really easy. both Eb and C have only one fingering. C is the lowest thumb key, and Eb is like E, only press the key with your right pinky that is next to the E key. Db I believe has only one fingering too, which is with the thumb the key above the low C key. All the rest of the keys that are not on a Bb (minus the left Eb/Ab key) are low D (I know Selmers have 2 low D keys, and Buffets have 3).
Hope that helps a little.

Go to www.wfg.woodwind.org. They have all the fingerings you need to know, as well as alternates.
