I think, you didn't ask, where to get a CD which is reviewed at Blues for Sabine CD Review but where to get the parts of the title piece by Torrie Zito.
Well, I do not know where to find Torrie Zito, but as a basset hornist I know a little about the 'trio di clarone' (a basset horn trio) - this is Sabine Meyer, her husband Reiner Wehle and her brother Wolfgang Meyer.
And this is the root I started to search. Just look at the conservatory (high school for music) at Karlsruhe, Germany. Sabine's Brother Wolfgang Meyer is a teacher there and this school (allmost a music university) offers a hompage of Wolfgang Meyer.
The other thing is, I know there are a lot of pieces composed especially for Sabine Meyer and still not published (manuscript only).
So I suggest, contact him at the Musikhochschule and ask him.
The address is:

Staatliche Hochschule für Musik, Karlsruhe
c/o Wolfgang MEYER
Postfach 60 40

76040 Karlsruhe

Germany

(Did the german 'u-Umlaut' work - für or für - the u with two spots ahead?)
The Musikhochschule also offers a (general) email address: 07219613900@t-online.de
or see the homepage of the Musikhochschule:

I viewed my CD booklet - all pieces by Rolf Kühn, Billy Strayhorn, Christoph Cech, Steve Gray and Torrie Zito on this CD are listed "Manuscript/Eigenverlag ( = private publischers)".
So again, I think you have to contact Torrie Zito via Wolfgang Meyer via Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe.

The Torrie Zito piece is published. Check <http://www.woodwind.org/clarinet/Databases.
