 Need some help re.Eddie Daniels
Author: Mike c

Have just bought Clarinet Solos ,for the proforming artist
Composed by Michael Garson Recorded by Eddie Daniels.
THis music is too advanced for me at the moment but it's the first time I have seen anything with Eddie Daniels' name on it down here so I grabbed it.
Now having a look at the cover at home I see it was supposed to have a tape with it to play along with and also with Eddie playing with the composer of the music.THe correct way.
The shop knows nothing about it ,so my question after all this does anyone know where a tape for this sheet music book
could be found
.
Thanks Mike

I've seen that book at a local music store. There IS supposed to be a recording. I'll try to see if it's still in stock.

Mike C,

Mine came with a CD for playing along with; The CD is easier to use than a tape. The first section has Mr. Daniels playing. The second section has Mr. Garson playing alone at a reduced tempo for practice, then the third part is Mr. Garson alone at tempo.
It is very challenging, but fun to play with. The Jazz Etude is at an amazingly fast tempo. I think they put it on the CD just to make us all feel inadequate. <g> Michael

it is published by alfred pub....you can get a cd or cassette. ask your music store to order it. the cd is much easier to work with. They should be $24.95 for bk and cd.
Any music store that carries printed music should be able to get it very soon for you. Marty
