 DoS attack
Author: Mark Charette

I know some of you have noticed a slow response from the server over the last few days. The servers here have been under a concerted Denial of Service attack. Things look OK for now and my service provider is working hard on tracing the problem and filtering out the offending packets before they get to my router.

Never played in an orchestra but I get the impression that DoS attacks are common there -

They're called the Brass Section.

Back to seriousness, yes I noticed very slow click response, at times the "cant find" message. Is OK now, TKS MC

Thanx, Mark, Don

Et Tu!
Two weeks ago we had a similar situation. Overloaded our routers until we had to go offline for 75 minutes. Some phone calls finally got it stopped. Serious PITB!

Best
Rick
