I have a transcription that I could send you as a .PDF. No chord symbols, though. Email me if you need it.

I'd also be interested in getting a copy of the solo as i may be playing it in our school jazz band next year. I've sent you and email Allen.
Thanks
Matt

Okay I'll be the wet blanket, with great affection ... how about building a little musical character and transcribing skills by lifting it yourself! It's a standard and really should become core vocabulary. v/r Ken

saxlite@comcast.net My transcription has the chord symbols as well. If you have a fax number, send that, too.

While I do appreciate the fact that transcription work builds character, as a non-professional, I have neither the time nor the inclination to do it. I have found that others do it much better and much more neatly.

There is a music book entitled "Benny Goodman" by Amsco Publications, Order No. AM 29307, ISBN 0.8256.4201.9, that includes this solo as well as 29 others. It includes chord changes, analysis of Goodman's style, and discograpgy. FYI, it costs around $16 in the U.S.
