 Getting back in the groove

Maybe it's because I live in New England and it's winter time, but lately I just sound awful. I know that I haven't been getting as much practice time as I'd like to because of college applications and AP courses, but I need to get my sound back...quick. My reeds seem to be all dead. Most go soft easily and I can't get a real clear, non-stuffy sound from any. I think this also stems from my embouchure being weaker because of less practice.

1) Are others having these reed issues?
2) What can I do to increase progress in regaining my control and sound?

Maybe you have a sinus problem.
