I don't know of the maker, but that doesn't mean much, since many small companies bought unmarked clarinets from large makers and "stenciled" on their own names.
Mark has the New Langwill Index, which is the most comprehensive listing of maker names, and he will be able to tell you if the Grabet name was large enough to be noticed by a very thorough researcher.
Another possibility is that the actual name is different, but that the engraving has gotten filled up with dirt and grease. Try scrubbing the trademark with an old, wet toothbrush to see whether you have read it correctly.
