 Any info on a Grabet clarinet?

I recently acquired a grenadilla wood Bb clarinet made by Grabet. I have searched on-line and at the library and have found no reference to this maker. The instrument is probably at least 30-40 years old and has a serial number of 5659. Any info on this maker would be appreciated.
