 Yamaha CSG & Shifrin...

Has anyone tried this horn? Shifrin is trying it out, I saw him using it in a masterclass a few weeks ago. I heard he performed copland on it with the DSO.

I tried one and it felt great, some throat tones were way flat...may have been just that horn though...

I just went to the Tri State Band Festival at FSU and one of the other clarinetists in my band said her teacher (principal of the Jacksonville Symphony- an amazing group) plays on them. She really wants a pair. I really want to try them just because she was so enthusiastic and we seemed to like the same types of setups.
