I studied with Henry from '50 to'53. At the time he was the top clarinet teacher at IU. I have lost all contact with him. The last I heard he still lived in Bloomington. If you find out anything about him, I would certainly like the info. If I remember right, he went to school at the Eastman School of Music but I am not sure.

I was just reading a fabulous interview he gave for The Clarinet in 2013, and felt moved to write him a letter about some things (we agreed on). He also taught a friend of mine who passed in 2012 and always spoke very highly of him...
Bearing in mind he was born in 1921 I googled Mr Gulick and discovered he died in 2014, a year after the interview was published
