Ferree's is probably your best bet, Mike. They package small parts by the dozen but their prices are very reasonable. Who knows?, you might need another screw in the future. They have a way of disappearing right before your very eyes ~~~~~~~

I presume you mean a pivot screw.
I carry, for my own use, 26 different clarinet pivot screws. None of them are interchangeable. I still find myself having to improvise at times, modifying a screw to fit.
Manufacturers often change the thread they use, or the style, sometimes even without altering the model number.
You cannot be sure you have the correct screw until you put it on the instrument and everything functions right.
When a pivot screw is replaced, even when it is the correct one, it is normal to have to make slight adjustments for accurate mounting of a key.
Rod screws are an even greater can of worms. Technicians worth going to have facilities and materials for making them as required.
Nothing is as simple as it first seems in instrument servicing.
