A friend has a Buffet clarinet. According to the serial number it was made on 1958.
The bell is engraved with "Karl Fischer" New York, under the Buffet logo.
Do you know something about this Clarinet, why is marked with the Karl Fischer name? is it a R-13 model or not?

Are you sure that it is Karl and not Carl?? At one time, Carl Fischer was the exclusive importer for Buffet. The terms of the contract varied over time such that at some periods, Carl Fischer had the right to put their name on the clarinet along with Buffet.

I thought Carl Fischer stopped importing and over marking Buffet clarinets in the 1930s. Are you sure you are reading the serial number correctly, i.e., it has 6 numeric digits and no letters? Maybe what you have is a 1958 clarinet with a 1910/20/30 bell. If the serial number exceeds 50,000 it is likely a polycylindrical bore, i.e., what we know as a modern R-13.

In the 50's Carl Fisher was the distributor for Buffet clarinets. At that time Pro Buffets were sold with the model names like R13, R13½, R14, R14½, R16, R16¾, and you won't find Carl Fisher's name on these clarinets. All Buffet clarinets I've seen with the Carl Fisher name on the bell had a letter in the serial number and were made no later than 1920s.
Serial numbers for 1958 Buffet Crampon are 57,801 to 59,143. Markings on ALL sections should read "Buffet Crampon & Cie, A Paris, BC, Made in France". The throat 'A' and 'G#' are mounted on the separate posts. Nickel-silver keywork.

Thank you, I saw the clarinet yesterday but I don't have it now. The serial number is 57917 (the number is the same on upper and lower joints). The bell is engraved Karl Fisher (I wrote on my book Karl and not "Carl"). As you say, maybe the bell is from an another horn.
