"Traditional" is their regular mouthpiece line, as opposed to:
Profile 88 -- mouthpieces with a more shallow beak angle (the slanted top part of the mouthpiece) than the Traditional mouthpieces. They can make tonguing and articulation easier.
13 Series -- the mouthpieces optimized for use on the R-13 (though they do work with other clarinets) and usually pitched at A=440, the standard American pitch.
Try out as many as you can to see what works best for you. As for the V12 reeds, stick with the suggested strengths for whatever mouthpiece you select.
