If you are squeaking and another person does not on your horn, then you are probably not covering the holes completely. Even if you had no problem in the past, sometimes your hands can get out of position without you knowing it and all of a sudden you get squeaks. If it is both the B and C squeak, check the position of the third finger on your right hand.
By the way listing just numbers for the reed and mouthpiece are not very helpful. Every brand and manufacturer is different so you need to be more complete. Here are some examples.
Reeds
Regular Rico 2 1/2
Rico Royal 2 1/2
Mouthpieces
Bundy #3
Vandoren B45, Profile 88
So here is how I would describe my set up: Vandoren B45 Profile 88 mouthpiece with regular Vandoren 3 1/2 or regular Mitchell Lurie 4 reeds.

You don't mention how old you are or how long you've been playing. Dee's suggestion on the third finger of your right hand is pretty valid -- practice in a full-length mirror if you can, so you can see your fingers' placement.
Then, that air-rushing noise and a squeak before the note speaks is a general indication of a stiff reed. Go down a 1/2 to a 2.

Just out of curiosity, for you out there, I play on VanDoren V12's, any comment on them? They are the best reeds I've ever played on. They are so much better than Mitchell Lurie's.

Reed preferences are very individual. I disliked the Vandoren V12s but find that both the regular Vandoren and the Mitchell Luries suit me just fine. That's why there is no one "best" reed.

These are probably not the source of your squeak if you have been using them all along. Your description of the notes that are a problem and the fact that someone else can play your horn without a squeak do in fact point to either 1) a leak in a pad somewhere
2) a spring out of adjustment (your friend might be pressing harder and has no leak but when you try, your touch may be more gentle and the key doesn't close enough) 3) your fingers and hand position have changed
Both item 2 and 3 are the most likely. Even item 1 is possible but since some one else can play without a problem, that really makes this unlikely.
Having said this, please consider using a better quality reed in general. The plain Ricos are very inexpensive and their quality reflects that. Rico Royals, Mitchell Luries, Vandorens, and a host of others are all better. You can use the same strength in the Royals and the Mitchell Luries as you use now. For Vandorens, go one step softer as they run stiff.
Since you have been playing for four years, you should consider a better mouthpiece, but do NOT make the change when you only have a week before a major performance.
